The China Aging Development Foundation (CADF) launched the "Xiaoxin Guan'ai" Fund (filial piety and care in English) at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on March 30.

The tenet of this fund is to demonstrate filial piety to aging parents; help them out of difficulty; and relieve pressure on the government, said Li Baoku, the president of CADF.

This fund was established jointly by CADF and the Kunming Gaoshen (Group) Co. Ltd. The latter donated 10 million yuan in initial funds.
