When choosing one measure related to labor rights and benefits, which participants consider a priority to be fully implemented, 72.9% of participants chose "a raise in salary;" 50.2% chose "strict supervision of all insurance and welfare policies;" and 46.8% deemed "ensure two to three times in payments for overtime work" as foremost in implementation.
